Cliff Željina

From the SW part of Fort of Saint Michael there is a hill Željina (219 m), bottom of which is made of a chain of clifs. The highest cliff is 59,4 m and from the bottom of the cliff to the top of the hill there is 113,6 m. Throught the chain of cliffs there is a mountain road which makes this area an attractive spot for sports and recreation. The beginning of the road is at the parking lot near fort Saint Michael, it goes through Željina, on the northern side of the hill it goes to the fort Saint Michael from where it goes back to the parking lot.

Beside the natural beauties in the region of Preko there is a possibility to visit National Parks: Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, The Lakes of Plitvice.
